In infamous hotbed of metatheory, Eleron is a three-gate system, and controls the path deeper into the Hegemony. The brutal God War that decimated the habitable planet shortly before uplift left ruptured pockets of unstable space across the system, attracting researchers from across the galaxy. Even after 200 standard years, the behaviour of these pockets remains unpredictable.
Anatheim, one of Eleron's moons, is formed of mithril, a sector-local metatheory-malleable metal particularly valuable for star travel. The strip-mining of the moon is one of the system's core economic activities.
The other moon, Siflheim, is quarantined, with the native population of elfs declared galactic fugitives. Those who have escaped still lurk in the darkest corners of the sector.
Notable Places
The Centurion: Hidden at Eleron's L3, the Centurion is an elite private members' club. While the casinos of the Plaza are open to any who find the station, the inner sanctum is reserved exclusively for beings who have been immortal for 100 years.
Metatheory Rift Bubbles: The whole system carries the scars of a massive metatheory conflict. These Rift Bubbles are focal points for uncontained energy: ongoing spells, ripples, and ancient eldritch beings running free. The most predictable ones are subject to intense study and experimentation; the others are unpredictable hazards to all ships passing through.
Mydox: The system's gas giant has a mass 80% higher than it should. The centre of mass is in continual flux, and the ultra-dense material has so far evaded all probes sent into the planet.
The Divine Cradle: Authority maintains a significant presence within a facility on the surface of Eleron. When not otherwise engaged, the 51st Legion's dreadnought -- the Scorpio -- remains in orbit to commune.

The Eleron Planetary Administration's spaceport is an vast orbital station that controls all terrestrial access. The station is home to a the most advanced metatheory research institution in this galaxy, and is a bustling hub of trade, tourism, and travel. It functions as the system capital, as terrestrial Eleron maintains a degree of isolation from the rest of the system.
Rule: Everything is available at the EPA for a price. You can always take +1d to acquire assets, but on a 1-3 roll the asset also comes with strings (even if you boost the result with cred).
Scenes
Crowded and cramped corridors do nothing to throttle a lively street market.
Long queues clog the ticket barriers the hyperrail that connects the many spinning wings of the station.
The latest gizmos from the academy create a brief diversion, but will be cast aside by the next New Thing.
Notables
Victor Kromyl: Planetary Governor. Seeks proof of attempted coup after a few subordinates vanished. Always with his Legion bodyguard. (vigilant, meticulous, paranoid)
Abra Drake: Fixer for hire and auctioneer. If she can’t get it or sell it, she knows someone who can. (connected, confident, bold)
Impera Evazan: High-ranking Guild of Engineers Logistics Officer. Privy to much of the Guild's supply structure. (popular, demanding, shrewd)
