Once uneasy allies and sponsors of the Jenny Haniver, recent events events have resulted in an all-out war as Bax seeks vengence over the crew's defection to the Vigilance.

Viktor wants to grow beyond the outposts the Syndicate currently runs to a sector-wide affair. As part of his plan to scale up, he’s looking to poach the Legion for some capital weapons. Viktor’s currently digging up dirt on Tallon and secret Legion projects in the sector.
